Sandy Nelson, a full-time Allenspark resident for more than 10 years has a desire to share this area with others. A graphic designer by profession, she has designed our website and all of our publications. She loves people and delights in making all our guests feel welcome. She is a great person to contact if you have a property you want to rent. Sandy also manages all financial matters relating to our vacation rentals.

Linda Greenlee has a passion for helping women in prison. She conducts bible studies and one-on-one counseling. When they leave prison, she helps them re-enter society. Linda manages our office two days a week and handles all of our correspondence. Your confirmations will have her signature on them.

Joanna Stensland has only been living in the area since the beginning of 2004, but has already fallen in love with the stunning beauty of the area. Brought up in England, she has lived and worked in several countries including France, Austria and Albania. Joanna works part time for Pinebrook. One of her duties is helping with end-of-month reporting to homeowners.
