CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to rental will receive a full refund of monies paid minus a $150 rebooking fee.
• Cancellation 60 to 30 days prior to rental will receive a full refund of monies paid minus a $150 rebooking fee provided Pinebrook can rebook the property for the same dates.
• Cancellation less than 30 days will receive no refund.

Chicago, IL – Pennington's Lair is a beautiful home with a very short, and beautiful drive into Estes Park. The proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park was great for our many hikes, and for our favorite activity of viewing the wildlife. The house was very well equipped with everything you could need. The master bedroom Jacuzzi tub was perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The layout of the house is very open and inviting. The natural spring down the road was our favorite part, .25 cents per gallon container you fill. We did that daily, best water ever!! Very comfortable and relaxing vacation rental, would highly recommend.
