• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to rental will receive a full refund of monies paid minus a $150 rebooking fee.
• Cancellation 60 to 30 days prior to rental will receive a full refund of monies paid minus a $150 rebooking fee provided Pinebrook can rebook the property for the same dates.
• Cancellation less than 30 days will receive no refund.

Skokie, Illinois - We had a wonderful stay... with our days exploring the wilderness and our nights grilling & sitting by the fire, this was the perfect break from our 9-5 jobs. Our dog loved having a creek right outside our front door.

Aledo, Texas - We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Loved sitting out front listening to the creek. Really impressed by all the ingenious use of space - especially the two-way door. Our Golden Retriever loved the outdoors and chipmunk watching.

Oklahoma City, OK - We were surprised by the beauty and privacy of this property. We expected secluded with access to a creek - but not this slice of heaven. We were impressed with the history of this structure, while enjoying all of its modern conveniences. It was a great location for enjoying Rocky Mountain National Park. What a gorgeous gift!

Dallas, Texas - We so loved our stay here! Water rafting, horseback riding, hiking in the back of this place. It's so hard to leave today. We are both quiet and sulking because we do not want to leave!

Galesburg, Kansas - Wow! What a nature lover's paradise. We loved the stream outside, waking up hearing the birds, the water, the cool temperature - all a far cry from the 100 degree temps and fields of corn we left in Kansas. Thank you for sharing all of this with us.

Leawood, Kansas - We enjoyed our stay at the Rock Creek Cottage, especially walking through the creek and seeing the hummingbirds and chipmunks. We loved to sit at the table and listen to the creek in the morning. The bed was very comfortable in the back room. We enjoyed the warm fire and LOVED the area around us!
