CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to rental will receive a full refund of monies paid minus a $150 rebooking fee.
• Cancellation 60 to 30 days prior to rental will receive a full refund of monies paid minus a $150 rebooking fee provided Pinebrook can rebook the property for the same dates.
• Cancellation less than 30 days will receive no refund.

Evansville, IN – Thanks for offering this cabin. We enjoyed the setting, the charming décor and especially the fireplace. Excellent arrangement for two. Its location was perfect for us to the Rocky Mountain National Park. We appreciated every aspect of this cabin.

Minneapolis, MN – A perfect week, a perfect way to celebrate our honeymoon. The cabin is beautiful, comfortable, everything we needed to cook, and relax. Everything was so wonderful! We didn’t want to leave. We wished we had another week.

Juarez, Mexico – This was the perfect place for our honeymoon and vacation away from our work in Mexico. We are missionaries serving in a children's home and this gave us renewed energy to serve the children now as a married couple. Flossmoor, IL – We really enjoyed our stay at River Haven. It was perfect for us—away from the hustle of Estes Park, but not too far away, and tucked away in an absolutely beautiful setting. I enjoyed getting re-acquainted with some wood stove management skills that had atrophied since my days growing up on the farm. The cabin was just immaculate when we arrived, and we found it comfortable, well-supplied and well-appointed. If we return to the east side of RMNP again for a visit, we will have no hesitation in seeking to return to River Haven.
